Pro Carve LTD are a Specialist CNC routing company based in Cheddar, Somerset. We use state of the art 3 axis ATC routers to cut a wide variety of materials quickly and accurately to virtually any design and size.
With over 10 years of experience CNC machining for carpenters, cabinet makers, artists, designers, set builders, tool makers and model makers, we are confident we will get your job right first time - on time.
With our experience of CNC techniques we are able to cut almost all parts without tagging, so what you see in the CAD is exactly what you get.
Be it MDF, plywood, acrylic or Foam, our auto nesting software will ensure we make efficient use of the material.

Pro Carve was started in 2017 by Rolf Weber. Rolf's background is in model making and stage prop design and he has been working since 2011 programming 3 and 5 axis CNC machinery to create large scale exhibits and sculptures for the entertainment and events industry.
With a strong knowledge of design and machining techniques, Pro Carve are able to offer CNC routing in a wide range of materials quickly and accurately. Coupled with competent 2D and 3D design abilities we have all the necessary skills to get your project completed accurately and on time.
We offer a full turnkey service taking a sketch or idea to development CAD, production of drawings and renderings and CNC routing and assembly. Because of our experience we can cut just about anything in a huge variety of materials and get it right first time.
