To complement our 3 current machines we’ve ordered a 4th! The latest top model from Opus CNC. This time we’ve gone for a 3m x 2m bed to accommodate jumbo sheets. With faster motors and an all new look, this machine will be sure to keep on top of our orders!

In Our New Building

Pro Carve moved to a purpose built unit in April 2021 and we haven’t looked back! With a custom extraction system, briquette press and state of the art air filtration system we’re now able to work safely and more efficiently than ever. With 4 machine bays and currently 3 machines, we may be adding something bigger soon!

New Building

We’re moving! Due to the increased demand for our services we have finally outgrown our current unit and are set to move into a new, purpose built unit in March 2021. With 4000 sq ft to play with we will be able to add additional machinery and create an efficient and safe work environment for our equipment and staff. Watch this space for updates on the move!

Furniture Contract
15th October 2020
We’ve recently signed a 2 year contract with a large furniture manufacturer in the south west to provide them with all of their CNC requirements. As well as reverse engineering their entire product range into Solidworks, Pro Carve will be manufacturing all of their product carcasses using 18mm birch plywood. Our new CNC router will be cutting up to 100 sheets per week to keep up with demand.

Its times like these we really need more space! 3 CNC machines running all day in a reactively small unit is problematic. The amount of space required for each machine is quite large when you take into account the material and cut parts pile. We have a solution for this, move to a bigger unit! Our plans are to expand in the new year and possibly add a 4th machine. Watch this space!

New Machine

Pro Carve have added a 3rd machine to their plant list! A brand new CNC router with automatic tool changer and direct drive system ensures we are keeping up with the latest technology allowing us to cut materials even faster and more accurately than ever! This addition brings our total number of CNC machines to 3. All at 10’ x 5’ with automatic tool changing. We’ve also upgraded all our vacuum pumps to ensure even the smallest of parts cut accurately without the need for tagging.
