Wooden product development and manufacturing

We can design, prototype and manufacture your wooden products. With precision CNC routers we can achieve incredible detail and accuracy. Our team of skilled engineers and designers have the skills to overcome many manufacturing challenges that present themselves with wooden products and have a vast track record of successful products under our belt.

For example we have successfully prototyped and manufactured toys, climbing equipment, DJ equipment housings, knife handles, folding furniture, desks and many other products that we can’t talk about as we often sign Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

The process of bringing your idea to the market can be a daunting one, we’re here to make the journey as simple and straight forward as possible.

IDEAS
You’ve come up with an idea – and that’s the hardest part out of the way. However, you want to protect it as you get it produced. We’re happy to sign an NDA if you have one. If you don’t have an NDA it’s not a problem. We keep all information on secure servers and have no intention of developing customer’s ideas for ourselves.

GET IN TOUCH
Once you have got in contact and we have an idea of what you need we will work out costs for design, prototyping (if required) and manufacture. We will often give price break for larger orders so will give several options based on our conversations with you.

DESIGN
Design stage, if you haven’t got suitable CAD designs we will do them for you. We may take your existing designs and tweak them for manufacture or suggest whole new ways of doing things. All the time keeping you informed as we go.

PROTYPING
This stage is important as it will iron out any issues in the design prior to manufacture. It will also help us determine the best ways of machining the parts. Often we will prototype several times until the design is complete and ready to manufacture.

MANUFACTURING
This can be small scale (5-25 units) or high volume (1000s of units). Our process will ensure we use the majority of the sheet material with minimum wastage and our programming fine tuned to be as efficient as possible. Once cut your parts can be assembled, bagged, grouped with parts you supply or simply sent out as they are for you to assemble and package.
